The following works is done in frame of this module:
- reviewing governance and organizational structure of the Institution
- Identifying duties of all structural units
- improving existing processes of main business areas
- Institution owns manual on business processes management
- Optimizing business processes regularly
As a result of this module, the following activities to be done:
- Governance and organizational structure of the Institution reviewed and proper for implementation of Business Plan
- Duties of all structural units are identified
- Existing processes of main business areas reviewed and improved
- Institution Management is skilled in methodology of business processes analysis and optimization
- Institution owns manual on business processes management
- Business processes are regularly optimized
- Institution’s Top Management and staff trained and acquired enough knowledge further to improve processes
