The following works is done in frame of this module:
- Improving institution’s financial management policy
- Improved institution’s cost calculation system
- Imprving budget system
As a result of this module, the following activities to be done:
- Institution’s financial management policy reviewed and improved
- Institution’s cost calculation system reviewed and improved
- Branch rating system reviewed and improved
- Institution’s Top Management and staff trained and acquired enough knowledge further to improve Financial management systems
