On Strategic Planning
Cource Description
The following works is done in frame of this module :
- Establishing Strategic Plan of Institution for 3 years period
- Developing action plan for first year
- Developing overall Institution budget, including budget of each department and branch for first year
- Identifying objectives of structural units and employees
- Developing Institution owns an internal instructions on planning
- Establishing planning system
As a result of this module, the following activities to be done:
- Business Planning Group of Institution established and operating on regular basis
- Institution’s long term vision and mission statement reviewed
- Deeper SWOT analysis conducted
- Institution’s strategic objectives reviewed
- Institution’s financial targets reviewed
- Action plans for implementation of Strategic Plan developed
- Objectives of structural units and goals of employees identified
- Institution’s financial projections, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Efficiency indicators as well as tools for reviewing developed
- Overall Institution budget, including budget of each department and branch developed
- Staff for implementation of Strategic Plan trained
- Institution’s Management and staff obtained required knowledge and skills on planning systems
- Institution owns an internal instructions on planning and apply them
- Planning system is established in the Institution
