Azerbaijan Bank Training Centre completed the certified training courses on “Mortgage lending” and “Mortgage loans management” delivered with the support of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund and “Development of primary mortgage market in Central Asia Project” of the International Finance Corporation, for mortgage lending specialists and managers of authorized banks.
The training courses were delivered through April 19th till May 6th 2010 by foreign specialists invited by the International Finance Corporation, experts of the Azerbaijan Bank Training Centre and officials of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund. The courses have been attended by 34 participants representing authorized credit institutions. Participants were certified on the basis of test examination over training program topics. Hence, 15 persons were qualified as certified “Mortgage Lending Specialist” and other 15 persons qualified as certified “Mortgage Lending Manager”.
Provided training courses are very important for improvement of customer service within the process of mortgage lending and for mitigation potential risks in this area.
The Azerbaijan Bank Training Centre is planning to continue this training and certification program.
