A training and consultancy services institution, ABTC enjoys a library with broad and expanding selection of books in Azeri, English, Russian and German languages.

Titles and tables of contents are updated regularly.
The primary users of the library are ABTC experts, trainees, and the personnel of ABTC’s business partners.
A reader may make use of a maximum of 3 books at a time for a period of a maximum of 30 days.
The book is released to the reader upon submission of the reader’s ID card. Those who wish may use the books at ABTC premises too.
The fee is AZN 0.5 per book per one day of use. Using a book at ABTC premises is free of charge.
When photocopying selected pages from the book by using ABTC equipment te fee will be charged at AZN 0.2 per page.
